St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum

The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum
Historical Monument, Local Culture, Tourism
St. Augustine was the site of the first lighthouse established in Florida by the new, territorial, American Government in 1824.

The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to its mission to discover, preserve, present and keep alive the stories of the Nation’s Oldest Port.

We were asked to generate visitor traffic to the lighthouse from the St. Augustine Hispanic community and tourists.

We created the campaign "Discover Florida's first lighthouse and shed some light on your heritage. Much more than a lighthouse", with which we managed to position

not only the lighthouse experience, but the museum and all the activities generated around maritime history: exhibitions, specialized tours, archaeology, collections, etc.

We generated press ads, map design for visitors, temporary exhibits and social media campaigns.

For the Shrimpin' Ain't Easy exhibition, we developed all the panels and the visual identity of the exhibition, as well as the design of the commemorative magazine

translated into English and Spanish.

All to help keep the light shining and keep maritime heritage alive.
