Mayo Clinic challenged us with a great project: to create the first virtual conferences for the Hispanic community in Jacksonville, aimed at addressing different health-related topics.

The telematic conferences, broadcast via streaming, and whose speakers were medical specialists from the clinic, became a medium that was very close to the audience. These meetings contributed to informing and raising public awareness on topics such as mental health and cancer, among others.

The COVID-19 pandemic period was used to generate an emotional bond with Hispanics, addressing them directly for the first time.
For the success of the initiative, MiAddvantage was in charge of locating and convening the audience, creating the corporate identity of the event (logo, templates for presentations, etc.), and everything related to the organization, including the technical aspects.
